Good question...

Canisius College Deaf Ed reunion. Me, Christina, Megan, Cori, Tom, Michelle & Sue. Good times! I miss Buffalo...
My best friend just asked me a good question. Did I really want to stay in touch w/ that old crowd? I don't know. I think so. These were the people I spent all my time with when I went to HVCC. But as usual, I was the first to leave... I have a habit of doing that. I left to go to Buffalo and nothing was the same when I came back....
I'm back to writing two blogs again... I am weird... I have no life...

Too quiet...

It's been too quiet around here. Life's been weird of late. I survived the chicken pox and the stircraziness. I am in the process of helping my parents clean out their house in hopes of moving them to an apartment. The house is just too much for my dad to maintain. I caught up w/ an old friend I had lost touch with only to discover she maintained ties to all the people from our old group, except me. It was an odd feeling, sort of like I was invisible.

As for my crush... well, things are pretty much the same. I make it obvious how I feel about him and he runs scared. Fun!

There is less than a month left of work. Whoohoo!!! It's going to be an insanely busy summer. Working two jobs as well as trips to PA, Chicago and Cape Cod. I am really looking forward to all of them for different reasons.

In PA I will get to see my Godson for his birthday. He's going to be 2. Cape Cod is the first trip I'll have taken w/ my parents in years. I just want to relax, listen to music, read and of course head to a few Christmas Tree Shops! Chicago is a visit to a friend from Grad School that I hardly saw when she lived in Buffalo, but I really want to see her. And I never do anything just for the hell of it.

Happy Freakin' New Year!!

Okay... when you're stuck in quarantine w/ the chicken pox, what else is there to do but blog??? Oh yeah, apparently on New Year's Day, I came down with chicken pox - for the SECOND time. I caught them from my father who was in the hospital with shingles the week before Christmas.

Now, the crush... haven't heard much from him since this summer when he blew me off, if you could call it that. I still want him, how insane is that? Maybe we can chalk it up to being under the weather.
